Hi! I’m Colin.
I have been teaching yoga since 2010. I lead group classes, work 1:1, curate retreats, host teacher trainings, and lead advanced workshops on anatomy, voice and human movement patterns. I am passionate about applying the wisdom and tradition of yoga to unlock the body, quiet the mind and connect to higher consciousness. Through breath, alignment and mindful movement we can release what no longer serves us and invite in strength, balance and joy.
I design yoga sequences specifically targeted to ignite the healing process. Through discovery of the places inside the body where emotions and energy are stockpiled, we provide ourselves the opportunity to honor and let go of the past and create a lighter sense of being in the present. I am fascinated by the mirror of the subtle body and how it reflects the physical body. The interplay of the two bodies inspires my teaching style and affords me great compassion for my students and the world around me. I work to empower my students to hone their own skills in various breath, inversion and back-bending practices.
Whether this is your first time on the mat or you are an experienced yogi, I look forward to helping you grow your practice and strengthen your sense of self.

One on One sessions
Are you looking to deepen your practice?
Do you want help creating an effective and personal home practice?
Are you an instructor looking for a better strategy for sequencing classes?
I offer private sessions both in person or virtual. Instruction can be ongoing, blocks or single workshops.
Craniosacral therapy (CST)
What is it?
CST is a gentle bodywork modality that focuses on whole body health. Light touch, subtle adjustments and deep listening come together to help the body reorient around a sense of wholeness.
What does it help with?
From jaw pain and headaches to emotional support and beyond, CST works with the body's fluid dynamics to realign tissues and encourage a clear dialogue between body, mind and soul..
What is a session like?
You and I have a conversation about what's happening in your body, your ilfe, your intentions, etc. The session takes place on a massage table. Clothes stay on and you're encouraged to rest and drop into a safe space where your body can speak up about what needs attention. We chat afterwards and I offer "homework" to help implement the progress of the session into your days ahead.
